Pump is a group training activity based on weight lifting. Pump classes are 60 minutes long and contain eight songs or tracks, each focusing on a different muscle group. In addition, a track for warm-up at the beginning of class and another at the end for relaxation and stretching.
Classes are held using variable weight discs, a bar, and an aerobic bench. Each person will adjust the weight to the effort they want to make. The objective of the class is aimed at strengthening and defining muscle through multiple repetitions.
