GAP is a maintenance gym that tries to firm and harden our Buttocks, Abdominals and Legs. A workout that fights against sedentary lifestyle and fat accumulation in certain parts of the body. It is a new way of working the body from the waist down.
GAP exercises are very focused on these three parts of the body, so in the first sessions in the gym they can be a little hard. But don’t be discouraged because the results are worth it: after one season your glutes will be harder and your legs and abs will gain firmness.
