Urban Cycling

Urban Cycling is an aerobic activity in which the legs are strengthened that consists of pedaling an exercise bike. While practicing, the monitor will indicate the change in pedaling frequency and resistance to movement, it can perform all kinds of intensities. Classes will be accompanied by motivating music.

The frequency of the class will be determined, also, by the level of each person since it can be a quiet ride, or become a very exhausting one if the cyclist is a professional. Classes can range from a half hour of soft pedaling while sitting and with very low resistance to a session of strong rhythm changes and alternating standing, and also sitting.
