Militar Training
Military training is a functional training program that integrates dynamic, healthy and military-influenced physical exercises adapted to the characteristics of each person. The objective is to excel physically and mentally, both individually and collectively.
With this activity you can learn, understand and share personal experiences. Motivational aspects are also worked on: learning to work in teams, in pairs, to respect the effort and dedication of others, and gradually overcome limits through the internalization of the concepts of self-esteem, discipline and perseverance.
